The Hit TV Show Is Now on DVD in The Biggest Loser: The Workout - Weight Loss Yoga

Television is filled with reality shows, yet some are pure fluff that are not worth the time it takes to flip through the channels. But there are others. The Biggest Loser, for one, is really making a difference in people's lives. The show chronicles adults trying to lose massive amounts of weight and get back into shape. But not everyone can be on the show, so the fitness instructors, Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper, have taken their expertise to the DVD market. Harper has a great DVD called "The Biggest Loser: The Workout - Weight Loss Yoga."

If you have ever seen the show "The Biggest Loser," then you know that Harper and Michaels can really get results from the participants. Many lose hundreds of pounds and regain their health. But not everyone can be on the show so they have turned to the DVD market to help overweight or out of shape individuals achieve the same type of success that show participants have realized. And it is working because their DVD is one of the bestselling workouts on the market. But what made it a success and why is it so highly touted?

Nothing is more discouraging than seeing a room filled with physically perfect, or near perfect bodies working out. They make the exercises look incredibly simple and easy. But what is even better is that Harper takes the time to show you the correct form and pose. Many yoga DVD instructors simply tell you to 'watch your pose' or try to explain how to hold your body at a certain angle. Harper shows you the correct way to bend and stretch as well as hold it for the various yoga poses. That is pretty comforting and makes learning the workout that much easier.

The DVD is also interactive. That means you can pick and choose your workout based on your particular needs. If you need a short session then you can pick the parts of the program that are shorter so you can still get in an effective workout. If you want a much longer workout, then you can adjust the DVD as well.

One thing you do need to realize is that The Biggest Loser: The Workout - Weight Loss Yoga is going to take some time to master. And yes it is capitalizing on the success of the television show. But regardless, Bob Harper really does motivate you during the workout and you will see results.
